Before you quit your day job, try our Chef for a Day program where you will learn the secrets to creating a memorable evening at Brennan’s of Houston.

Our Executive Chef Randy Evans will present the Chef’s Toque to you and you will embark on an adventure in “a day in the life of a chef".

Your day will begin with Chef Randy teaching you first hand all the tricks of the trade … Then the rest of the team, will take over by taking you though all of the steps of our kitchen.

In the late afternoon, when your legs are ready to give out,
Our Wine will have you taste and select wines for your dinner.

Do not have too much wine, because, as the dinner bell rings, you will have the chance to work side by side with our chef’s as Brennan's of Houston begins the dinner hour.

At the end of the day, you will be ready to sit back and relax as you and 5 friends enjoy the dinner you have helped to create.
