Javier left Brennan's many years ago and rejoined the team during the reopening in 2010. During his Brennan's break, he was a part of the Commander's Palace team and spent some time with our own Mark Holley over at Pesce. You can see many of his latin touches throughout the Brennan's menu today.

Menu includes:

Cast Iron Seared Gulf Shrimp Salad
Sugar cane marinated shrimp, LiveGreen Farm Tomato, hearts of palm, avocado fries, field peas, cucumber ribbons

Jerk Grilled Berkshire Pork Tenderloin
Wakerwoods jerk, habanero pepper & coconut rice, ginger beer BBQ sauce and green mango salad

Texas Peach Empanada
Dulce de Leche Ice Cream, cashew brittle

These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Saturday with the Sous - Javier Lopez' Event. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
