Collaborative Lunch with St. Arnold's Brewery

Every weekday, Executive Chef Ryan Savoie with St. Arnold's serves a fixed lunch menu. However, this Friday will feature partner Chef, Danny Trace with Brennan's of Houston and a little Creole flare.

 

MENU:

Bourbon Spiced Apple Salad Gala, Fuji and Granny Smith apples, Point Reyes blue cheese, Lolla Rosa and Bulleit spiced cider vinaigrette

Texas Gulf Shirmp Etouffee J&J shrimp stewed with fire roasted tomatoes and caramelized trinity of Longhorn sausage jambalaya
