Join us for a brunch like no other. Watch as our Executive Chef, Danny Trace, prepares an in-room cooking demonstration of the three courses below. Our Bar Chef, Richard Middleton, will create perfectly paired cocktails for the first two courses.

Breaux Bridge Crawfish Boil Soup
Andouille sausage, Zatarain's boiled vegetables and first of the season Louisiana crawfish

Grillades de Cochon
Black Hill Ranch Pork, sunny side up duck egg and Goat's cheese stone ground grits

Strawberry White Chocolate Pain Perdu
NOLA rum glazed Froberg berries, candied pecans, vanilla cream and Imperial sugar

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Bayou Brunch' Cooking Class Event. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
