Splashed with Principle Pio Sherry

Made fresh daily using seasonal ingredients

Brennan's Salad
Summer greens, Brioche croutons, grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan and red wine vinaigrette

Texas Wild Shrimp Remoulade
Shrimp boil vegetables, new potatoes, baby arugula, preserved lemon and classic remoulade dressing (add $3)

Entrees

Texas Pecan Crusted Catfish
Crushed corn maque choux, French beans, spiced pecans and Creole Meuniere sauce

Eggs Benedict
Delicate poached eggs over English muffins with Canadian bacon, sugarcane marinated summer asparagus and Tabasco hollandaise

Chicken Clemenceau
Over English & Texas field peas with chicken tasso, brabant potatoes crimini mushrooms, pea shoots and fire roasted chicken jus
