Made fresh daily using seasonal ingredients

Summer greens, Brioche croutons, grape tomatoes, shaved parmesan and red wine vinaigrette

Texas Wild Shrimp Remoulade
Shrimp boil vegetables, new potatoes, baby arugula, preserved lemon and chilled remoulade dressing (add $3)

Texas Pecan Crusted Catfish
Crush corn maque choux, French beans, spiced pecans and Creole Meuniere sauce

Eggs Benedict
Delicate poached eggs over English muffins with Canadian bacon, sugarcane marinated asparagus and Hollandaise

Chicken Creole
Over toasted garlic Jazzmen rice with forever stewed Summer tomatoes

Creole Ratatouille Tart
Fire roasted Spring vegetables in rolled oat crust with baby spinach, salsify, St. Andre cheese and caramelized fennel sauce
