$4 Donated to the Houston Food Bank from each brunch sold. Beverages, tax & gratuity are not included.

Blueberry Glazed Hill Country Quail
Poblano cornbread stuffing, fig braised cabbage, sunny side up quail egg and Bayou Rum syrup

Texas Pecan Crusted Catfish
Crushed corn maque choux, French beans, spiced pecans and citrus meuniere sauce

Eggs Benedict
Delicate poached eggs over English muffins, sliced Duroc Ham and sugarcane roasted asparagus crowned with Hollandaise

Digging Texas Creole Quiche
Farmer's vegetables, Summer mushrooms and Creole cream cheese in savory custard with flaky pastry over smoked Creole tomato sauce
