Smoked yukon gold potato puree, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions and honey green peppercorn sauce

Creole Ratatouille Tart
Fire roasted spring vegetables in rolled oat crust with baby spinach, salsify, St. Andre cheese and caramelized fennel sauce
