Brennan's of Houston Announces "Saturday with the Sous"

 

WHAT:

Brennan's of Houston announces its inaugural summer cooking class series with the unsung heroes of the kitchen, the sous chefs. Each of the three sous chefs, who spend night after night working alongside Executive Chef Danny Trace to execute the restaurant's signature recipes, will take the reins of their own class for a one-of-a-kind experience. Guest will enjoy a three-course demonstration featuring a selection of the restaurant's iconic dishes including Creole Bread Pudding and Smoked Texas Shrimp Cakes.

The cooking class series features Executive Sous Chef Javier Lopez, Sous Chef Jose Arevalo and Sous Chef Joe Cervantez. Each of the chefs bring their own culinary twist to Brennan's of Houston's Creole cuisine, and will share stories about how they joined the team and what they enjoy most about cooking while providing insight into the ingredients and techniques that comprise the restaurant's signature flavor.
