Brennan's Fried Chicken Dinners
Back by popular demand, Brennan’s of Houston is offering its family-style fried chicken dinners every Thursday in July. Beginning at 5:45 pm each Thursday, chef Danny Trace will serve buttermilk-fried Texas chicken with all the fixin’s, including bacon-braised collard greens, summer corn maque choux, chicken and Cognac giblet gravy, Lexy’s Creole pickles and cast iron jalapeño cornbread with Labelle Ranch honey. For dessert, indulge in the Moorhead Farm blueberry cobbler. Price is $45 per person with a 4 guest minimum, 12 guest maximum.
