GIVE THANKS “TEXAS CREOLE”-STYLE WITH THANKSGIVING DINNER AT BRENNAN’S OF HOUSTON
This year, Executive Chef Danny Trace will serve a sumptuous three-course prix-fixe meal featuring both classic and holiday-inspired dishes, for $60 per person++
On Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27, 2014) from 11 a.m. -7 p.m., families can celebrate at the iconic Brennan’s of Houston with a festive three-course prix fixe meal for $60 per person. With its creative, comforting fare and cozy atmosphere, Brennan’s of Houston has been a dining destination for holiday gatherings for decades.
Executive Chef Danny Trace will serve traditional holiday dishes with a Texas Creole twist, alongside favorites such as the Turtle Soup and Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. Guests will have the choice of one starter, one entrée, and one dessert, and will be served a lagniappe of Smoked Texas Redfish Rillette & Caviar. Bar Chef Richard Middleton has also crafted a special holiday cocktail for the occasion, called the Gobble, Gobble with Ketel One Vodka, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, spiced pumpkin, and heavy cream ($11).

Lollo Rosa baby arugula, candied pecans, Lone Star Chevre, and caramelized onions with sundried cranberries, tossed in champagne vinaigrette

Texas Creole Roasted American Turkey
Jalapeño and crushed corn pudding, molasses-roasted sweet potato and pumpkin puree, French beans, cognac giblet gravy, and cranberry "jubilee" chutney

Fire-roasted farmer's vegetables, grilled artichoke, frizzled leeks and smoked 5-hour tomato sauce
