Lunch/Brunch  Thursday-Saturday 11 am-2 pm, Sunday 10 am-2 pm

Current Positions:

Waiter – dining room – Waiters are responsible for assisting Dining Room Captains as a team to provide the highest level of fine-dining service to our guests. We prefer a minimum of 3 years of experience waiting tables.
 

Food Runner – dining room and kitchen - In order to provide the highest level of service possible to our guests, Food Runners are responsible for delivering orders correctly and quickly to the dining room. You must be able to routinely lift up to 40lbs, and assist both the kitchen staff and servers.
 

Bartender – bar and dining room - We want your dedication to good service, fine food, quality, and a full commitment to cooperate as a team with your fellow employees. Bartenders must be very familiar with traditional cocktails, especially New Orleans – style drinks, demonstrate a broad knowledge of spirits and wine and execute full-service dining that can include table-side cooking. Minimum 5 years experience in upscale/fine dining preferred.
