Cooking Class: Farmer's Corner
Chef Trace will demonstrate a 3-course dinner paired with cocktails featuring a very entertaining farmer from Hilder Farms.

Creole marinated Hilder Farm beans, cherry tomatoes, fresh ripped basil, fingerling & Russian banana potatoes with Steen's sugarcane vinegar.
Mediterranean Bloody Mary -- house roasted garlic infused vodka-variation on the Cajun Mary
Lyonnaise Texas Redfish
Purple majesty, mountain rose potato & blue crab soubise, with cane marinated summer squash and charred peppers.
El Presidente -- A rum martini made with Clement Creole Schrubb
Three Tomato Jam Pie
Texas strawberry wine glazed tomatoes, cayenne spiced pistachios, Paula's mozzarella, caramelized onion ice cream and balsamic caramel.
Spiced Basil Gimlet -- vodka based with coriander
These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Farmer's Corner' Cooking Class. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
