Cooking Class: On the Sauce
New Orleans is known for cocktails. For this cooking class, we're drinking and cooking with cocktails! Chef Trace will demonstrate a 3-course dinner paired with cocktails.

Louisiana Blue Crab & Corn Risotto
Chardonnay basted blue crab, fire roasted Summer corn and softshell saffron sauce
Jose Cuervo Lacquered Texas Redfish
Tropical fruit, hearts of palm, cucumber ribbons, plantain chips and Scotch bonnet salsa verde
Rum Glazed Pineapple Shortcake
Buttermilk biscuit, Imperial sugar, toasted coconut, vanilla cream and Mount Gay rum
These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'On the Sauce' Cooking Class. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
