King Trumpet mushrooms, trinity, crushed sassafrass and Duck egg potato salad
Texas Redfish & Shrimp Courtbouillon
Matagorda Bay shrimp, Spanish saffron, caramelized fennel and fire roasted tomatoes over toasted garlic "Jazzmen" rice
Opelousas Sweet Potato "Hubigs" Pie
Steen's cane syrup, Imperial powdered sugar glaze, Pecan Street rum, sweet potato chips and Creole cream cheese ice cream
These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Stirring the Pot' Cooking Class. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
