Many of you have seen him in our Bar None events. Our Bar Chef, RIchard Middleton, will be joining us with our friend, Hugo Chambon-Rothlisberger from Ferrand USA to mix up tasty libations which will perfectly pair with the dinner.

Breaux Bridge Crawfish Ravigote
Crispy green tomatoes, tomatillo chow chow, Spring greens and pickled okra ravigote
Crawfish & Cornbread Stuffed Bobwhite Quail
Louisiana crawfish, baby mustard greens, tasso mirlitons, Bulleit Rye and mollasses pepper jelly
Texas Blueberry White Chocolate Shortcake
Local berries buttermilk biscuit, vanilla cream, Imperial sugar and white chocolate ganache

These tickets are NON REFUNDALBE and are ONLY valid for the June Date Night Event. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event.
