Date Night: Cooking Shrimp with Jimmy Evans

Cooking Class will feature our special guest, Jimmy Evans.

Chef Trace will demonstrate a 3-course dinner paired with wine.

Menu to include (may vary based on ingredient availability):


Shrimp & Corn Bisque
Creole spiced shrimp, shrimp boil vegetables and Mill King cream

Texas Shrimp Sauce Piquant
A stew of fire roasted tomatoes and bronzed trinity over toasted garlic Jazzmen rice

Crispy Strawberry & Rhubarb Pie
Froberg Farm strawberries, goat cheese ice cream and balsamic caramel



These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Cooking Shrimp with Jimmy Evans' Cooking Class. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
