Join us in our new summer cooking class series with the chefs behind the chefs. Watch our sous chefs each take the reign. This cooking class features Jose Arevalo.

$65 per person

Jose has been with the family for 30+ years. Many well-known chefs around town have learned a thing or two from him and now here is your chance. Hear stories from Brennan's past, his philosophy on cooking and more. If you've ever met Jose, you'd remember...he's quite a character will definitely bring this class to life.

Menu includes:

Cooper Farm Peach & Granola Parfait
Creole cream cheese, sunflower seeds and Pecan Street rum

Smoked Texas Shrimp Cakes
Delicate poached eggs, Livegreen Farm garlic chives, Jalapeno cheese and Creole Choron

Traditional Creole Bread Pudding
Toasted pecans, raisin and Bulleit Rye whiskey cream

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

These tickets are NON REFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for 'Saturday with the Sous - Jose Arevalo' Event. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor. Please present your ticket for entry to event. All sales are final.
