Brennan's of Houston is excited to host James Beard Award-Winning Writer, Adrian Miller, for a special cooking class highlighting soul food ingredients and how they found their way to the Brennan's family Creole traditions.
Executive Chef Danny Trace and Adrian Miller collaborated on a menu which exudes the soulful flavors of the South. Chef Danny Trace will be cooking it up and Adrian Miller will be "dropping knowledge like hot biscuits!"®
