A Winter Warmer Tasting
Adam developed his love of Bourbon and a good cocktail while working in New York City bars. He took his first job with Beam in 2006 and since then he’s been sharing stories and promoting Beam’s Bourbon portfolio in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. In 2010 he was named a Kentucky Colonel by the Governor of the Commonwealth in recognition of his contributions.
Adam spends time throughout the year working with the master distillers at both Jim Beam and Maker’s Mark to learn all aspects of the bourbon craft and he enjoys talking about those experiences with old and new friends alike.
When he’s not on the road, Adam loves entertaining friends at his house where he promises two things: a Beam bourbon in your glass and (if you’re lucky) quite possibly the best mint julep you’ll ever have.
Brennan’s of Houston & Beam Suntory will host a tasting of some very special American Stillhouse whiskeys to help ward off the winter chill.
Adam Harris, Bour-Bon Viant, will be with us to sample some of Noe Booker’s newest releases. We will be tasting Jim Beam Signature Craft Harvest 11 Year Soft Red Wheat whiskey, Signature Craft Harvest 11 Year Brown Rice whiskey, Signature Craft 12 Year Small Batch Quarter Cask Finished Limited Release whiskey, and Maker’s Mark Cask Strength whiskey.
Just to make the night that much more special, we will be tasting some Jim Beam Distiller’s Masterpiece 100 Proof whiskey. Distiller’s Masterpiece whiskey has been finished in a Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry Cask giving it a finish like no other whiskey. Available only from the distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, a few bottles have been released outside of its old Kentucky home and we will be sharing one.
And, of course, Chef Danny will be paring some bites for you to enjoy.
Come join us for the evening!
Tickets for this event are $20.00 each and are non-refundable.
