Come Out to witness 4 of Houston's top chefs compete to produce the best pork and wine dishes! Each chef will be producing 4 small bites for you to try. There will also be a butchering demo of a whole hog, which will be auctioned off live at the event! Proceeds from the Auction sales benefit local culinary arts programs. The wines used in each chefs dishes will be offered as pairings.
