Ed and Susan Auler, founders of Fall Creek Vineyards in 1975 and have been called “the First Family of Texas Wine”. The winery is located in the Texas Hill Country on the northwest shores of Lake Buchanan. Most recently, they were awarded the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Best White Wine Award.
"Fall Creek has been a great supporter of the Texas Food and Wine industry. They have been friends of ours for many years and we are happy host them finally for dinner. The wines have done great things over the years and have really gone through a revolution with their wine maker Sergio Cuadra previously of Concha Y Toro." -- Marcus Gausepohl, Wine Guy
