Duckhorn “Decoy” California
Domaine La Garenne, Provence
Duckhorn “Decoy” Rosé
“Our friends at Duckhorn happen to make a delicious rosé. Duckhorn “Decoy” rosé is made of Syrah, Vermentino, Carignan, and Grenache. The crisp rose shows notes of red fruit and melon. On the palate it is vibrant and fresh. Perfect for a summer day. The Grapes have been harvested from Mendocino and Lodi. So do your part this summer to support domestic wineries with a bottle of Rose on your patio.”
Domaine la Garenne Vin de Pays du Mont Caume 2018
“Madame Garenne has been making elegant wines for some time now. I always love her Red powerful wines but her Rose has always been my favorite especially in the warm months. Just outside of Bandol to the east she produces a rose from Mont Caume. It’s a light and fresh rose made of Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan, and of course Mourvèdre. The wine is ridiculously appropriate for the summer weather here in Houston. Please enjoy chilled on a patio or by a pool with a partner in wine.”
