This is a special date night cooking class where Executive Chef Joey Chavez will lead an interactive dine-in, in-room cooking demonstration. Executive Chef Joey will whip up some gameday favorites, Creole-style!
Seating is limited. Tables will be socially distanced and ask that as soon as you arrive to take your seats. Please let us know if you would like to sit with other ticket holders and we will accommodate a larger table than the number of tickets you purchased.

Appetizer: Shrimp & Tasso Henican with pickled okra, sweet onions, pepper jelly, and Crystal hot sauce beurre blanc (paired with wine)
Second: Beef Rib, Crispy Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts (paired with wine)
Dessert: Vieux Carre Petite Beignets (coffee service available upon request)
These tickets are NONREFUNDABLE and are ONLY valid for the February 2021 Date Night Event. They are however, TRANSFERABLE. If you cannot attend, feel free to give your tickets to your neighbor.
