Date Night is one of our most popular events. Demonstrations will include hors d'oeuvres and three-course meal with matching cocktails. Participants will also learn recipe techniques from the restaurant, as well as those inspired by Chef Trace's authentic New Orleans experience.
Many of you have seen him in our Bar None events. Our Bar Chef, RIchard Middleton, will be joining us with our friend, Hugo Chambon-Rothlisberger from Ferrand USA to mix up tasty libations which will perfectly pair with the dinner.
Menu includes:
Breaux Bridge Crawfish Ravigote
Crispy green tomatoes, tomatillo chow chow, Spring greens and pickled okra ravigote
Crawfish & Cornbread Stuffed Bobwhite Quail
Louisiana crawfish, baby mustard greens, tasso mirlitons, Bulleit Rye and mollasses pepper jelly
Texas Blueberry White Chocolate Shortcake
Local berries buttermilk biscuit, vanilla cream, Imperial sugar and white chocolate ganache
