Collaboration Vegetable Dinner (POSTPONED)


This April, Chef Danny Trace will host our first-ever Collaboration Farm Dinner with a Southern Drawl featuring local farms’ spring seasonals, already fixtures on Brennan’s of Houston menus.

Join us for a very special collaboration farm dinner featuring guest chefs Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby. This husband / wife duo of VEDGE Restaurant in Philadelphia has helped transform the landscape in vegetarian & vegan dining.

If you're a meat fan, don't fret; the James Beard Nominated, Chef Landau grew up with a carnivore palate and uses it to translate vegetarian to a broader audience. 

Cost: $95 includes wine pairing (plus tax & gratuity)

Reception: 6:30 PM

Antipasto of Farmers Vegetables

Gumbo Z'Herbes Moderne Moondog Farm dino kale, mustard, collard & swiss chard greens, buttermilk fried okra and black garlic "sunset rice"

Fresh hearts of palm, avocado, capers, olives, saffron aioli

Roasted maitake mushroom, smoked remoulade, oyster mushroom "rockefeller" fritter

Cauliflower & Waffle Chicken fried with pimento cheese grits, sweet potato waffle and chicory coffee "black eye" pea gravy

Strawberry-Sorrel Bread Pudding, strawberry "quick", sorrel bon bon, pecan pesto
