This summer, get exclusive, gourmet tips with your honey at Brennan's of Houston. Executive Chef Danny Trace is pleased to present Date Night Cooking Classes, a fun, cooking class demonstration series for couples.

The classes will feature delectable recipes and entertaining tips from the master of Texas-Creole cuisine. The demonstration will include a three-course meal with wine pairing.

This year we're featuring cooking classes around the Deconstruction of Creole Cuisine. It's a closer look at what other cuisines influenced what we now know as Creole cuisine. June's class will feature dishes with a Spanish Influence.
