Cooking Class with Tory McPhail

If you're a fan of Commander's Palace, then you know the culinary delights of Executive Chef Tory McPhail. Save the date as he'll be joining Executive Chef Danny Trace of Brennan's of Houston in a cooking class demonstration like no other. While the class will features signature dishes with New Orleans flare, there is sure to be a little Texas kick in there!



The event will begin with a reception cocktail & pass horsd'oeuvres.

BBQ'ed Vegetable Salad (Chef Tory McPhail)

A tasting of slow smoked & grilled vegetables over spicy farm greens, with ripped herbs,  tart goat cheese, and bbq'ed lemon vinaigrette
