Did you ever know that most of the head chefs of the Brennan's of Houston family were not Creole? Miss Ella's theory is 'You got to Creolize them!'. Many trips and (eating) lessons have taken our team to the great state of Louisiana to Creolize our chefs. Now, we want to Creolize YOU! Interested?

In this summer's cooking class series, you'll discover some great recipes to highlight these great ingredients.
