We've had a lot of great traditions here at the restaurant. We're over 50-years-old now and one of the, probably most important traditions...or he's become a tradition is Marcelino Cantu. He joined us in 1973 as a waiter. There are more people that, I think, have celebrated with Marcelino over the years, countless engagements, countless business deals, countless fun evenings. He really is an institution and is every much a pillar of this building as the brick walls are.
