have provided more than a few opportunities for delicious Texas variations on time-honored Louisiana themes. Along the way, the passionate Brennan’s team
has received accolades establishing the restaurant as one of the finest in the city. Awards such as Exxon Mobil’s Four-Star designation beginning in 2000 and a nod from restaurant critic John Mariani in 1997 to former Executive Chef and General Manager, Carl Walker
, as “one of America’s most influential chefs” are just a few of the accomplishments Brennan’s counts on its list of accolades. Brennan’s has also been regularly rated among Houston’s “Best” and “Most Popular” restaurants in the Zagat Survey.
Dishes are passionately prepared and meticulously plated each day for hundreds of lunch and dinner guests with varying needs, interests, and backgrounds: coat-and-tie business professionals, well-heeled ladies that lunch, world dignitaries, special occasion diners, and patrons of the city’s arts. Not to imply that we’re a hot spot for jet setters (although many of our patrons have jets), our dining rooms are also filled with plenty of regular folks that just love Brennan’s great food. And, of course, there are the doctors, lawyers and Indian Chiefs that we know so well they’re like family... and we are looking forward to serving them again.
