Special Dinner Celebrating Ella Brennan's 100th Birthday

Join us for an extraordinary evening honoring the life and legacy of Ella Brennan in celebration of what would have been her 100th birthday.

This commemorative dinner pays tribute to Ella’s lifelong passion for hospitality, mentorship, and the joy of a well-set table. Devoted son and Brennan’s Co-Proprietor Alex Brennan Martin will share personal reflections about his mother and the extraordinary legacy she continues to inspire. The event will feature stories by Chef Carl Walker, who recounts his time with two of New Orleans’ most celebrated chefs—Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse—whose careers were forever shaped under Ella's guidance. Special guest Elizabeth Pearce, New Orleans cocktail historian, will also join us to tell the story behind her favorite classic—the Old Fashioned—raising a glass in Ella’s honor.

Join us as we celebrate the grande dame of Creole cuisine with an evening of stories, flavors, and toasts to 100 years of Ella.
