Why a Kitchen Table? 

"When I was living in France, going to school, one of the things I noticed in several of the restaurants; there was often a wooden table sort of in the center of the kitchen. Sometimes later in the evening they would bring their favorite guests back and let them have their dinner and their meal at that table. And I always thought, what a neat custom; an act of hospitality inviting someone into your kitchen! 

I began with the idea of, Why couldn’t we have a kitchen table here at Brennan’s? and we actually designed the rest of the kitchen that flows around it.

It really is an interaction with the guests and the chefs.  It’s just been a great addition and I’m thrilled we were able to introduce it to the city of Houston."

Chef For A Day

The Chef for a Day is an unforgettable culinary experience that includes cooking alongside our culinary team, learning the umbilical ropes of the craft cocktail creation, and mastering the art of wine pairing. Brennan's of Houston opens its kitchen to guest for this fun, educational program which is completed with a dinner with friends.

Brennan's signature Kitchen Table experience has won the attention of many food writers and customers alike. Situated in the middle of the kitchen and semi-glassed off will put customers directly in the middle of the action.

Brennan's Theater Shuttle

Whether you're headed to the ballet, symphony or theatre, at Brennan's we offer pick up and return to the restaurant on our B-Line Theater Shuttle. Dining reservations are required prior to the shuttle service. Our shuttle runs to The Hobby Center, Alley Theatre, Jones Hall, and Wortham Theatre Center. The B-Line Shuttle is currently running Tuesday through Sunday and reservations are required in advance.  

B-line bookings are not available online. Please call 713-522-9711 to make your B-Line reservation. A $5 per person charge will be added to your bill for our shuttle service.
