Tacos & Tequila with Brad Brennan

Join us in the Courtyard Bar for a refined, come-and-go tasting experience. Guests are welcome to arrive at their leisure anytime between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Each guest will be presented with a curated tequila tasting board featuring 1-ounce pours of Blue Star Blanco, Blue Star Reposado Honey, and Blue Star Añejo. These selections are thoughtfully paired with a trio of chef-driven street taco courses:

Pairings:

• Fried fish with fresh pico de gallo and avocado crema on a crisp corn tortilla
• Pork pastor with grilled pineapple relish and Blue Star–infused sour cream on a blue corn tortilla
• Grilled shrimp with smoked chipotle and mango-lime relish on a soft flour tortilla
