What: Celebrate Mother's Day at Brennan's of Houston with Executive Chef DannyTrace's Texas Creole cuisine. On May 12, 2013, enjoy southern hospitality and a three-course prix fixe menu.

Texas redfish, shrimp and Louisiana blue crab, poached eggs, tomatillo salsa and Tabasco hollandaise

Pecan Crusted Mahi Mahi
Crushed corn maque choux, French beans, old style meuniere and Wood Duck farm greens

Breaux Bridge Crawfish Omelette
Stuffed with Louisiana crawfish, tirnity and Andouille over Brabant potato hash with smoked tomato sauce Choron

Brennan's White Chocolate Bread Pudding
Crowned with dark and white chocolate ganache
